The store
Little Modern Leaf is an Arizona-based plant-accessory business. These terms apply to this website and accessory orders placed directly with us. For questions, use our contact page.
The storefront currently displays a preview notice while online checkout is being prepared. Adding items to the cart alone does not place an order or charge a payment.
Products and photographs
Read each listing for the pack size, included parts, material, dimensions, and selected color. Photographs may be cleaned or styled for presentation. Plants, growing medium, watering bottles, and other props are not included unless a listing expressly says they are.
Display settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Layer lines and small cosmetic variations are normal for 3D-printed items. This does not excuse a defective or incorrectly supplied item.
Care guides provide general growing guidance. Plant growth, rooting, and variegation depend on the plant and its environment and are not guaranteed by purchasing an accessory.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. The selected product price, shipping charges, and any applicable tax are disclosed before payment. A cart total is not a shipping quote and does not reserve inventory.
When enabled, payment is handled through Stripe’s secure checkout. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled order. We will not charge a corrected higher price without your agreement.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Our shipping and returns policy explains eligible destinations, dispatch days, the 14-day unused-accessory return period, damaged items, refunds, and cancellation requests. Please review it before purchase.
Orders placed through Palmstreet or another marketplace are governed by the terms and policies disclosed for that transaction.
Website content and acceptable use
Website text, photographs, designs, and brand material may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to Little Modern Leaf or their respective owners. Contact us before reusing material beyond what applicable law permits. Credited customer photos and marketplace brands remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Do not attempt to access private order records, interfere with the website, or submit fraudulent orders or abusive messages.
Privacy and your rights
Our privacy policy describes how information submitted through the website is used. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Future updates apply prospectively; the terms disclosed for your purchase govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
