Information you provide

• Contact requests: your name, email, selected topic, optional product selection, and message.
• Product ideas: the suggestion you submit. The suggestion form does not request your name or email.
• Orders, when checkout is enabled: your name, email, shipping address, ordered items, shipping choice, payment status, order total, and related order records.
• Owner sign-in: the hosting service supplies the signed-in owner’s identity to protect the order dashboard. Customers do not need a ChatGPT account to browse or purchase.

Please provide only information relevant to your question or order. Do not include card numbers, passwords, or sensitive personal details in a message.

How information is used

We use information to respond to requests, calculate shipping, process and fulfill orders, handle returns and refunds, and maintain business and security records. Submitting a contact request does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

The cart stores product selections on your browser. It does not store your shipping address or payment-card information. See our cookies and browser storage page.

Service providers and external sites

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. These services support website delivery and storage and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, for operation and security.

When checkout is connected, Stripe processes payment details on its secure checkout. Our website does not store complete payment-card numbers. Shippo receives shipping information to calculate carrier rates, and shipping providers receive the details needed for delivery.

Links to Palmstreet, Facebook, and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Imported review content may include the reviewer’s publicly displayed name or handle and credited photos.

Tracking and advertising

We have not added advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts to the storefront. The store does not use the contact form to enroll visitors in advertising or mailing lists. If we add optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide choices where required.

Storage and requests

Contact and order records are stored for customer service, fulfillment, and legitimate business or legal needs. Retention depends on the record and any obligations that require keeping it; submitting a request does not automatically delete records.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided through our contact page. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some records may need to be retained to complete transactions, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. Available rights depend on applicable law.
